I've built the product-operations infrastructure behind lending and Banking-as-a-Service initiatives: loan origination systems, vendor integrations, KYC/AML workflows, and reporting, for a client base that grew from zero to 3,000+.

Earlier work spans mortgage production, branch operations, lending strategy, and financial analysis. I thrive where the problem is ambiguous, the systems are incomplete, and someone needs to turn complexity into execution.
